Traditional commercial cooking vessels use atmospheric cooking, which utilities a jacket. They can be used for a multitude of recipes including, but not restricted to, the manufacture of Beverages, Sauces, Preserves, Condiments, Confectionery, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic products.
