Vacuum Vessel

Scope of work:

Caldera’s Storage Boilers deliver cost-effective, on-demand heating solutions for industrial applications within the green energy sector. Richard Alan contributed to the further development of their proprietary vacuum vessel, which efficiently stores energy captured from solar or wind farms and supplies heat as required—whether via steam, air, or oil.

The fabrication process involves carefully wrapping delicate insulation around the inner vessel before positioning the outer vessel over it and welding the assembly to create a vacuum.

This methodology necessitated that Richard Alan engineer and construct a robust support system to facilitate the seamless placement of the outer vessel over the inner vessel.
