2 x 180 tonne external storage silos for oil
Scope of work: Granville Oils wanted to increase their stock holding capacity so Richard Alan was tasked to design, fabricate and deliver 2 x 180tonne silos in carbon steel with an external paint finish to match Granville Oil’s corporate colours.
Specification
- Design, manufacture & installation of 2 x carbon steel silos
- Co-ordinated the delivery of the silos with the crane company
- Used a specialist large movement delivery company for the delivery
- Police escort was required
