Design, supply, installation and commissioning of polymer storage and transfer system at Kemsley Mill
The kiosk was designed to be supported on a steel frame and incorporates three polymer dosing skids, with additional space for a fourth one. All the skids have been contained within stainless steel bunds with; level sensors, eyewash facilities and kiosk services (lighting, heating, ventilation).

- 40 tonne polymer powder storage silo of 304L stainless steel
- Skirted housing mounted on 4 load cells
- Dehumidifier unit
- Silo roof fitted with hand-railing and kick-plates
- ‘Loss in weight’ hopper delivery system mounted on 4 load cells
- Primary weigh screwfeeder
- Individual hopper arrangement to be installed into the silo skirt prior to delivery to site
- Dosing pumps with complete integrated manifold
- Control equipment
