The Project
3 x large mixing tanks with supporting Structural Steelwork and control panels
Scope of work: To design, fabricate and install 3 x large stainless steel mixing tanks and a steelwork frame along with agitators, instruments, valves, pumps, load cells and process pipework.
The Steelwork was designed by our in-house structural design engineers, who carried out structural calculations to ensure the frame was fit for purpose.
Our in-house electrical department designed, and installed 3 x control panels to control ingredient delivery by weight utilising the load cells and control of automated vales and pumps, enabling the final product to be delivered to their new packing line.

- Design, manufacture & installation of 3 x hygienic mixing tanks
- Fabrication, detail drawings and installation of new steelwork for storage tanks
- Installation of 3 x agitators and load cless for all 3 tanks
- Fabrication, design and installation of new process pipework
